
Bevo Catering is a partnership between Kathleen Maloney and Jessica Bridge, each food and beverage industry veterans. Kathleen graduated from New England Culinary Institute in 1999. She interned at Smokejacks Restaurant and was quickly promoted to general manager. She continued on for 10 years developing a passion for the localvore movement, spirits and wine.
Jessica graduated with a degree in Hospitality Administration from UNLV and went on to manage upscale resorts in Park City, Utah before opening Burlington, Vermont’s only Speakeasy, ½ Lounge in 2003.
Bevo's service team consists entirely of trained chef’s, wine lovers, veteran mixologists, and connoisseurs of all things potable. In short, we love what we do and will infuse your event will our passion for food, beverage and service. |
