
Bevo Bar Catering is a partnership between Jessica Bridge and Alex Finberg, two beverage industry veterans who live in Burlington, VT. Jessica graduated with a degree in Hotel/Restaurant management from UNLV and went on to manage upscale bars in Park City, Utah before opening Burlington, Vermont’s ½ Lounge in 2003. Since 2000, Alex has worked as a wine buyer, wine retailer, wine steward, and winery lackey in Oregon, California, New York, and Vermont.
